Arabica coffee from Cau Dat – Da Lat, a region renowned as the capital of high-quality Arabica in Vietnam. At over 1,600 meters above sea level, Cau Dat’s year-round mild climate and fertile basalt soil create uniquely fragrant and flavorful coffee beans.
100% hand-picked ripe Arabica beans are carefully selected: large, bright red cherries. The coffee undergoes wet processing and dome drying to ensure consistent moisture levels. The beans are traditionally medium-roasted, delivering a light, elegant taste with a captivating aroma and gentle acidity.
